Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Format Copywriting:

Conceptualize and write high-converting content across social media, ads, emails, landing pages, websites, brochures, and campaign scripts.

Creative Collaboration:

Work closely with designers and strategists to develop campaigns rooted in insight, not just trends or aesthetics.

Digital Activation & AV Scripts:

Build copy for digital activations, influencer-driven campaigns, and AV scripts and supervise their production end-to-end when required.

Content Calendar Development:

Create content buckets and topical content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial audiences across platforms.

Copy Ownership:

Proofread and edit your own work to ensure high standards in grammar, clarity, tone, and brand voice before it reaches the client.

Deep Customer Research:

 Conduct in-depth research to uncover customer desires, pain points, and objections translating them into high-impact copy angles.

Strategic Messaging:

 Adapt tone, storytelling, and messaging based on audience awareness levels, buying stages, and product sophistication.

Trend Integration:

 Monitor social media trends, memes, and cultural moments and strategically incorporate them into relevant brand content.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure messaging remains consistent across all platforms and contributes to the evolution of brand tone, guidelines, and positioning.

Required Skills & Mindset:

  • 0-1 years in a digital agency, working across multiple brands
  • A portfolio that shows writing samples (ads, social posts, campaigns, blogs, etc.).
  • Interest in both brand storytelling and performance-driven copy.
  • Curiosity to research audiences and trends.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with short-form video/reel scripts.
