We are Emergence Software, a global B2B SaaS acquisition and growth engine. We are looking for a Copywriter/Content Writer who can create high-impact, B2B-focused content across multiple channels, supporting both developer and designer teams. The ideal candidate will craft messaging that drives engagement, builds trust, and communicates complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & Landing Pages
  • Write website copy, landing pages, and case studies that align with brand tone and mission
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure visual + textual storytelling is cohesive
  • B2B Communications
  • Develop content for LinkedIn, other social media platforms, newsletters, and presentations
  • Create business proposals, pitch decks, and partner communication templates
  • Brand Voice & Messaging
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and voice across all channels
  • Support creation of key messaging templates for internal and external use
  • Case Studies & Thought Leadership
  • Convert complex analytics, acquisition stories, and SaaS insights into clear, compelling narratives
  • Highlight Emergence's value proposition and success stories for different audiences
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content complements visuals and technical implementation
  • Adapt copy for presentations, infographics, dashboards, and website CMS

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent business-to-business (B2B) writing skills
  • Experience writing for websites, social media, LinkedIn, presentations, and business proposals
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling copy
  • Strong understanding of brand tone, storytelling, and audience targeting
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Notion, PowerPoint/Keynote, and basic CMS editing
  • Skilled researcher to identify target audiences, competitor landscapes, and product details to create resonant content

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with SaaS, acquisitions, or startup ecosystems
  • Experience creating case studies, pitch decks, and investor-facing content
  • Knowledge of SEO principles for website content
  • Showcased content creation across multiple formats like mail, decks, video scripts, FAQs, webinars, etc.
