Copywriter & Content Creator

About The Role:

We're looking for a sharp, creative copywriter who knows how to turn attention into action. If you can write hooks that stop the scroll, scripts that hold attention, and copy that drives purchases, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do

• Write high-converting ad copy, hooks, headlines, captions, and CTAs

• Create short-form video scripts for Reels, Shorts, and performance ads

• Find unique angles for book bundles and turn them into compelling stories

• Generate multiple creative concepts and test different messaging approaches

• Work closely with growth, design, and video teams to improve performance

• Use data and audience insights to refine winning copy

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of strong copywriting experience with a proven understanding of what drives clicks and purchases

• Excellent at writing hooks, storytelling, and persuasive CTAs in multiple languages

• Fast, creative, and highly productive

• Understands consumer psychology and buying behavior

• Comfortable creating multiple variations quickly

• Obsessed with content, advertising, and marketing. You know how to call out the target audiences through your scripts.

• AI-assisted content creation and research

• Strong editing and content refinement skills

• Rapid ideation and creative iteration

• Ability to balance speed, quality, and output volume

Preferred Background

• Experience writing for D2C brands, e-commerce, consumer apps, or performance marketing

• Experience with Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or similar ad platforms

• Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and content creation

Bonus Points

• Personal content page, newsletter, social media presence, or portfolio

• Experience creating content that drove measurable sales or growth

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve creative output
