Job Summary

The Copywriter at Bhima plays a key role in developing persuasive, conversion-focused messaging for digital marketing campaigns. This role involves crafting high-impact ads, landing pages, and compelling calls-to-action (CTAs) that effectively communicate the brand's promises and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with a strong command of language, a deep understanding of buyer psychology, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling ad copy for various marketing campaigns.
  • Craft persuasive CTAs to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop creative briefs and integrated campaign content.
  • Proofread, edit, and refine content drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
  • Maintain consistency with brand voice and messaging guidelines across all content.
  • Develop copy for email marketing workflows and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct research on consumer psychology and emerging marketing trends.
  • Create copy for PPC and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Adapt messaging for diverse platforms, including web, social, email, and paid media.
  • Track and interpret the performance of copy-driven campaigns; contribute to A/B testing and optimization efforts.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong grammar, writing, and editing skills.
  • Solid understanding of copywriting psychology and persuasive techniques.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Ability to benchmark competitor content and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO writing and keyword integration.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and content publishing.
  • Understanding of content funnels and user journey mapping.
  • Proficiency with research, editing, and A/B testing tools.
