Key Responsibilities

Long-form & Short-form Content Development

Write high-quality, original long-form content such as blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and website pages
Create concise and persuasive short-form copy for ads, emailers, banners, social media, and CTAs

Messaging & Brand Voice

Translate complex academic and institutional information into accessible, benefit-driven content
Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all formats and platforms

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with design, digital, product, and video teams to develop cohesive marketing and communication assets
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to campaign narratives

Editing & Quality Control

Proofread and refine all content to meet high editorial standards
Maintain clarity, tone, grammar, and structural consistency in all communication pieces

Content Research & Innovation

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging content formats, and competitor messaging strategies
Continuously explore ways to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement
