Role: Junior Copywriter

About the Role

As a Junior Copywriter, you'll work across industries, with a special focus on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance), where simplifying complexity is as important as being creative. You'll be expected to research deeply, think strategically, and craft compelling content that works across digital, social, films, campaigns and everything in between.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in advertising, content or digital marketing.

Salary - As per market standards.

What You'll Do

• Write engaging copy for digital, social media, campaigns, videos, product communication and more.
• Research brands, industries, consumer behaviour and competitors before developing ideas.
• Simplify complex subjects into clear and engaging communication.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign development.
• Stay updated with social, cultural and digital trends to keep communication relevant.
• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, account managers and production teams.
• Learn to balance creativity with business objectives.

• Excellent command over written English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Curious mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.
• Comfortable working on challenging categories, especially BFSI.
• Ability to understand briefs and translate them into creative communication.
• Passion for ideas, storytelling and learning.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and ideation.
