Job Description

Title: Senior Copywriter

Type: Full-time | On-site | Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who can lead and elevate brand communication across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong creative instincts, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to transform health, wellness, and lifestyle products into impactful, high-converting content.

This role requires someone who understands modern D2C brands, consumer psychology, and performance-driven communication while maintaining a strong brand voice across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling and conversion-focused copy for social media, performance ads, websites, landing pages, emails, WhatsApp campaigns, and other digital assets

• Lead content ideation and campaign storytelling for product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and retention marketing

• Build and maintain a consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all customer touchpoints

• Collaborate closely with design, performance marketing, CRM, influencer marketing, and social media teams

• Write high-performing ad copies for Meta, Google, influencer campaigns, affiliates, and marketplace platforms

• Review, edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure quality, clarity, engagement, and accuracy

• Understand customer behaviour, trends, and market positioning to create relevant and engaging communication

• Stay updated with wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and D2C industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving content formats

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Copywriter, preferably in D2C, Wellness, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Beauty brands

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, performance marketing copy, retention communication, and digital storytelling

• Excellent command over English with strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills

• Strong understanding of conversion-focused and performance-driven communication

• Ability to balance creativity with business goals and brand positioning

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth marketing environments
