Qualification
Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English Medium; English medium schooling preferred
Skills
- Impeccable English and creative writing skills
- 1-2 years of ad agency experience as a copywriter
- Good ideation skill and ready to work in a well-defined team structure
- Should be able to write in Gujarati or Hindi compulsorily, apart from English
- Should not commit any errors in writing or proof-reading
Job Description
- Write strong, persuasive copy aligned with brand guideline.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling campaign ideas
- Contribute original concepts for pitches and existing clients on a regular basis
- Clearly articulate strategic thinking behind creative ideas when required
- Write high-quality content across formats: social media, blogs, website content, PPC ads, emailers, case studies, and scripts
- Maintain consistent brand voice and adhere to defined style guidelines
- Conduct research to understand client industry, audience, and competitors before execution
- Identify content gaps and recommend relevant communication opportunities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with 100% timeline adherence
- Deliver error-free copy with minimal revision cycles
- Work closely with Account Managers and the Creative team to ensure aligned execution.
- Contribute fresh, original concepts, confidently present them to the team, and collaborate with designers and account managers to refine and develop them into strong final outputs.
- Maintain 90%+ internal and client approval rate on ideas
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and solution-oriented thinking
