You'll turn strategy into scroll-stopping creative, mentor a team of writers, and make sure every campaign delivers, not just looks good.

• Lead performance-first creative across ads, video, email, push & more
• Turn briefs into high-converting ideas
• Mentor and grow a team of writers
• Raise the bar on craft, clarity, and results
• Collaborate with designers, strategists & media teams
• Balance speed, quality, and performance metrics
• Present ideas like you mean it

• Have solid copy + leadership experience
• Have managed creative teams
