Copy Editor/ Language Editor

We are looking for skilled Copy Editors / Language Editors / Style. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good command of English, and familiarity with STM content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform style and language editing for STM journals and books.
• Ensure adherence to specific style guides (APA, AMA, CMS, RSC, ACS, etc.).
• Edit for grammar, clarity, consistency, and formatting.
• Work on projects from leading publishers in the e-publishing industry.
• Handle Level 1 & 2 (light and medium) editing.

Requirements:

Education: Masters degree or above (preferably in Life Sciences, or related fields).

Experience:

• Fresher: Up to 4 resumes; must be willing to work from office.
• Experienced: Minimum 2–5 years in STM copyediting or language editing.
• Prior experience with e-publishing companies (e.g., TNQ, APTARA, Straive, Lumina, KGL, Integra, etc.) preferred.
