Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director – Copy to lead creative strategy, drive high-impact

campaigns, and oversee the end-to-end creative output. This role involves guiding teams, shaping

brand narratives, and delivering innovative, business-driven creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead creative strategy, concept development, and campaign execution.
• Drive and oversee the creative pitching process and high-impact ideas.
• Review and approve all content to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Guide teams in developing innovative and effective creative solutions.
• Vet and approve final deliverables and client presentations.
• Act as the ultimate point of contact for creative escalations.
• Drive innovation, identify new opportunities, and contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate across teams and agencies to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee resource planning, team utilization, and workflow efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and lead strategic discussions.
• Lead team growth through mentoring, hiring, and capability development.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, benchmarks, and internal processes.

Preferred Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in copywriting/creative leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in creative strategy, storytelling, and campaign direction.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align creative output with business and brand objectives.
• Strong leadership, innovation, and decision-making capabilities.
