Job Description: Copy and Content Writer
- Content Creation:Write high-quality blog posts, articles, social media content, email newsletters, and website copy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Campaign Support:Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for paid ads, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.Closely collaborating with the client servicing team and the design team to crack campaigns and generate the required content for the campaigns. Actively participating / leading the brainstorming sessions to crack campaigns
- Research:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to create relevant content.
- Analytics:Monitor content performance using tools and adjust strategies for better engagement and conversions.
- Brand Consistency:Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone across platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English Literature field.
- Proven experience in digital content writing (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Good command over English language - spoken and written
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in writing both long-form and short-form copies
- Sharp conceptual knowledge to crack complex briefs and articulate messages in an effective manner
