Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead the Microsoft 365

Copilot Adoption Program. This role will be instrumental in driving Copilot adoption across

the organization by assessing platform readiness, enabling users through training and

support, conducting webinars and drop-in sessions, and building a strong network of

change champions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 Copilot

across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a proven ability to work with

diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the current Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot readiness.

• Identify gaps in licensing, data access, compliance, and user enablement.

• Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure proper configuration and

governance.

Training & Enablement

• Design and deliver personal-based training programs tailored to various roles.

• Create engaging learning content including tutorials, videos, and quick reference guides.

• Conduct live webinars, interactive workshops, and drop-in sessions to demonstrate

Copilot use cases and best practices.

User Handholding & Support

• Provide hands-on assistance to users during rollout and early adoption phases.

• Capture user feedback, usecase identification and track overall adoption progress

• Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for continuous

improvement.

• Monitor usage analytics and adoption metrics to identify support needs.

Change Management & Champion Network

• Develop and execute a change management strategy to drive awareness and

engagement.

• Identify and onboard Change Champions across business units to act as local advocates.

• Facilitate champion meetups, share success stories, and provide exclusive enablement

resources.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, HR, Communications, and

Business Unit Leaders.

• Align adoption efforts with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.

• Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on adoption progress and impact.

Product Expertise

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of M365 Copilot features across:

• Outlook: Email summarization, scheduling, and response drafting.

• Teams: Meeting recap, action item extraction, and chat assistance.

• Word: Document drafting, rewriting, and summarization.

• Excel: Data analysis, formula generation, and visualization.

• PowerPoint: Slide creation, design suggestions, and content summarization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 adoption, change management, or digital

workplace transformation.

• Strong understanding of M365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity tools.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in conducting webinars, workshops, and user engagement sessions
