Job Title: Copilot Studio / Agentic AI Engineer

Level: Mid-Senior to Senior

Function: AI & Automation Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Purpose

Build the first 5–6 Copilot Studio agents and continue scaling additional agents within the Microsoft ecosystem.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Copilot Studio / Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role focuses on developing the initial set of production-ready Copilot Studio agents and supporting the broader rollout of intelligent AI-driven solutions.

You will work at the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic orchestration, enterprise automation, and workflow intelligence to create scalable AI solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
  • Work with LLMs, agentic workflows, and autonomous AI actions
  • Develop intelligent agents within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Integrate agents with enterprise systems using Power Automate and APIs
  • Support iterative rollout, testing, optimization, and scaling of AI agents
  • Design reusable agentic workflows and orchestration patterns
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
  • Improve agent performance, prompt quality, and workflow efficiency
  • Stay updated with Microsoft AI ecosystem advancements and Copilot Studio capabilities

Required Skills


Microsoft Ecosystem Experience

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Power Platform

Copilot Studio Expertise

Hands-on experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio

LLM / Agentic Workflow Experience

Experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and autonomous workflows

Power Automate Experience

Strong experience creating cloud flows, integrations, connectors, approvals, and workflow automation

Preferred Skills

  • Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services
  • Semantic Kernel or Copilot SDK exposure
  • Power Apps & Dataverse
  • Prompt Engineering
  • API Integrations
  • CI/CD and Power Platform ALM
  • Multi-agent orchestration patterns
  • Python or JavaScript for custom plugins/connectors
