Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Copilot Solutions Deployment Specialist to accelerate the deployment, integration, and adoption of Microsoft Copilotbased solutions across the organization. This role will support endtoend implementation activities including environment preparation, connector configuration, Copilot Studio agent creation, governance alignment, testing, and user onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copilot Solution Deployment
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Copilot solutions.
  • Build and test conversational agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Integrate Copilot with enterprise applications.
  • Data & Platform Integration
  • Prepare and validate data sources.
  • Ensure correct mapping and permissions.
  • Governance, Security & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, security, privacy.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct functionality and integration testing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with business teams, governance, and security.
  • Adoption & Enablement
  • Prepare documentation and support rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Copilot Governance and Administration.
  • Power Platform knowledge.
  • API/OAuth understanding.
  • Governance/security knowledge.
  • Scripting Azure Logic Apps.
  • Integration experience (ServiceNow, Jira, SAP).
  • Digital workplace project background.
  • PowerBI reporting

Soft Skills:

  • Communication, analytical mindset, autonomy.

Success Measures:

  • Successful deployments.
