We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Copado deployment automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, while optimizing DevOps workflows using Copado.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
• Design and implement user interfaces using LWC, ensuring high performance and responsive behavior
• Manage and streamline Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, including version control, metadata deployments, automated testing, and release management
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including design, testing, deployment, and support
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Monitor and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and platform best practices
• Optimize Salesforce configurations and customizations to meet business objectives
• Document technical specifications, processes, and solutions for knowledge sharing
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices

Mandatory Skills:

Overall 6+yrs of Software development knowledge

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration/customization

3+ years of experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development

2+ years of experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and custom/standard objects

Experience with Git/version control and Copado branching strategies

Good knowledge of Salesforce deployments and metadata management

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
