Key Responsibilities

•     Act as the on-ground representative of ICON's Business Support functions (Corporate Admin, HR, Finance, MIS and IT) in Bengaluru, coordinating with the Abu Dhabi corporate office

•     Oversee day-to-day office activities and ensure adherence to company procedures and policies

•     Liaise with banks and Chartered Accountants on documentation, statutory filings and financial coordination

•     Support HR and MIS on employee communications, data collection and onboarding, and coordinate with IT vendors on procurement and technical support

•     Manage office facilities, housekeeping, supplies and vendor relationships; handle front office duties and travel arrangements for visiting staff

•     Maintain business registrations, licences and statutory compliance records in coordination with the corporate office

Skills & Requirements

•     Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator or in a similar role; shared services or multi-department coordination experience is an advantage

•     Knowledge of business registration, statutory compliance and coordination with government authorities in India

•     Proven ability to liaise with banks, auditors and external service providers

•     Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with office management and ERP systems

•     Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

•     Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with discretion in handling confidential information
