Role Summary

The Senior Coordinator/Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and smooth functioning of Asha Education Centres in identified villages. The role involves community engagement, coordination with teachers and stakeholders, student mobilization, and ensuring effective delivery of the project objectives. Freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities

• Identify villages and support the setup of Asha Education Centres
• Mobilize students and engage with local communities and stakeholders
• Coordinate with teachers, facilitate training, and provide ongoing support
• Monitor centre operations to ensure effective and smooth functioning
• Manage student enrolment, conduct assessments, and track learning outcomes
• Maintain documentation, MIS, and share regular progress reports
