Summary: Serve as the key point of contact for customers by coordinating orders, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery, and providing accurate and timely updates to internal stakeholders
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Ensures integrity of global order book and maintains accurate delivery dates daily based upon feedback received from planning through Delivery Change Notification Form
- Regularly coordinate with planning and production team to ensure completion of assigned tasks on Where is My Order within 48 hours and keep the spreadsheet Varel India Order Status Request updated
- Ensure updating sales order delivery time as per the updated delivery time received from Delivery Change Notification Form from Planning
- Responsible for communication with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc. to fulfill customer requirements and provide order status feedback
- Responsible for keeping price book updated in SAP
- Conduct weekly meetings with regional Sales and Operations teams
- Utilizes knowledge of products and processes to service customer needs
- Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Work Experience
- Experience in areas such as Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is preferred
- Graduation in Science (BSc) or Commerce (B.Com) or in Technology (B.Tech)
