Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator role based in Meerut. The Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including audit process, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting documentation workflows. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, auditors, and clients to ensure timely completion of certification and audit processes.

The Coordinator will track project timelines, prepare reports, update databases, and support communication across departments. This position also assists in process improvements, follows standard operating procedures, and ensures adherence to IQMC's quality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, with the ability to manage spreadsheets, reports, and digital files.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset, with a focus on quality, compliance, and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Prior experience in coordination, administration, or operations support; exposure to auditing or certification services is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Meerut and supporting cross-regional teams and clients.

Acedemic Qualification & Experience

Graduate in business management, social science or any adminstrative preferred.

0-2 years in coordination, admin or compliance.
