Currently House of Shipping is recruiting for Senior Executive - Cargo Flow Management for one of their leading global freight forwarding company.
Job Role:
- Checklist to be Validated
- Inform Carrier/Coloader agent to place booking / space confirmation on selected Carrier
- Ensure availability of Final Commercial SOP (Buy / Sell)
- Create / Check Job in CW1
- Seek commercial document (Inv/Pkg/PO copy)from Branch)
- Check on Customs Clearance Status
- Based on Freight Terms - Coordinate with Shipper on Cargo movement
- Transport Arrangements (wherever applicable)
- Submit Shipping Instruction to Shipping Line / Coloader to get MBL draft
- Seek draft MBL from Carrier /Coloader agent & seek approval on MBL/HBL from Customer & Agent Approval
- Check on VGM status
- Seek Gate in confirmation
- Update Sailing Confirmation to the Customer/overseas Agent
- AMS /ACI FILING (as applicable)
