This is a full-time, on-site role for a ROBO-G Coordinator & Experiential Learning Mentor based in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role combining teaching and center coordination. You will conduct engaging, hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM sessions for students (ages 5–15), mentor them in projects and competitions, and ensure a fun, experiential learning environment. In addition, you will manage day-to-day center operations, including scheduling, parent communication, student coordination, and supporting enrollments, workshops, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM sessions for students aged 5–15.
- Mentor students in projects, experiments, and robotics competitions.
- Create a fun, interactive, and experiential learning environment.
- Manage day-to-day center operations, including scheduling and class coordination.
- Handle parent communication and provide regular updates on student progress.
- Support student enrollments, workshops, and center events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of sessions and activities.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and proper usage of robotics/STEM equipment.
- Track student attendance, performance, and learning outcomes.
- Assist in planning and executing STEM exhibitions and special learning events.
