Position Scope & Summary
This position is a collaborative one. The key KPI of the role is to partner with the Ad Sales team (Growth & Monetization) across brands (Vogue, AD, CNT & GQ). On a day to day basis this role is responsible for Project Management of all digital, social and video (branded content), print & events across brands.
Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
A. Sales Proposals and Decks
1. Customized decks: As every client has a different need to be associated with Vogue, CNT GQ & AD each presentation and offering must be customized.
2. Assist and Communicate with the sales teams- Ad sales proposals, Ad Placements and Delivery requests via Client Communication Decks, Templates: Print + Digital + Events + Exhibitions + Social Media
B. Status Updates
1. Requesting and collating missing RO reports, bills receivable and invoices in coordination with the finance and the sales team, inculcating the same into a tracker for follow ups and data management.
C. Execution
1. Client Interfacing - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery of projects/campaigns. Communicate to the rest of the business and clients the status of all projects when required.
2. Proactively execute the project's alignment with the plan, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
3. Follow up with the client to ensure that the closure turnaround time is expedited.
