Coordinator, City Operations - Bangalore, Delhi NCR

Phox Health is growing and is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused professional to lead City Operations for Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bengaluru / Delhi NCR

Industry: Last-Mile Delivery/Healthcare Logistics / Pharma / E-commerce / Quick Commerce

What You'll Own

• Lead end-to-end city operations for last-mile medicine deliveries of the assigned city
• Drive On-Time Delivery, Delivery Success Rate, customer experience and operational SLAs
• Own rider hiring, onboarding, productivity, utilization, retention and performance
• Build efficient route planning, dispatch and fleet utilization strategies
• Manage daily city capacity planning based on demand and shipment volumes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement quick, data-driven solutions
• Monitor city-level KPIs and continuously improve operational performance
• Work closely with Product, Tech, Customer Support, Finance and Business teams
• Be hands-on with the on-ground setup and launch of hubs, fleet operations and other city-level operational activities
• Build scalable SOPs and processes as Phox Health expands

What we are looking for

• Has strong experience in City Operations / Last-Mile / Delivery Operations
• Has managed large field teams or delivery fleets
• Understands capacity planning, route optimization and delivery economics
• Is highly data-driven and comfortable with operational dashboards and KPIs
• Has strong people and stakeholder management skills
• Strong spoken Hindi is mandatory. Kannada is mandatory for the Bengaluru position
