Job Description
This Will Help You Grow
- Sending data to suppliers via Swan or TRUfusion
- Archiving 3D and 2D data in the Smaragd system
- Checking bills of materials (BOMs) in the Dialog system
- Reviewing table drawings in NXVerifying engineering drawings (table drawings) throughout all development phases and comparing them with BOM data
- Creating bills of materials (BOMs) and release documentation
- Ensuring process-compliant and on-time documentation
- Supporting general release management and documentation activities as required.
- German language skills
- Strong communication skills (must be able to proactively follow up and request status updates multiple times when necessary)
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Good time management skills
- Basic technical understanding
- Careful, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Ideally, experience with Mercedes-Benz as an OEM, as well as knowledge of release management and CAx processes
