Job Purpose
Drive user access governance and identity lifecycle operations across enterprise applications. This role focuses on executing User Access Reviews (UARs), managing access governance workflows, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and supporting compliance requirements while ensuring the principle of least privilege across the organization.
Who You Are
- Strong hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Experience managing User Access Reviews (UARs) and access certification campaigns
- Strong understanding of access governance, entitlement management, provisioning/deprovisioning, RBAC, and least-privilege access
- Experience with Okta or similar Identity Providers (IdP)
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Conductor One, or similar IGA platforms
- Strong understanding of SSO and SCIM provisioning
- Experience managing access requests, approvals, application assignments, group memberships, and identity lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of audit evidence collection, access control reviews, and security governance documentation
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Freshservice, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong documentation and audit-readiness mindset
- Comfortable working with global teams and managing multiple priorities
