Role Description The Cooling Tower Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The technician is responsible for the installation, routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of cooling towers and associated mechanical components. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and operational issues, performing troubleshooting, using hand tools to carry out repairs, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The role involves collaborating with team members, communicating with clients regarding service work and maintenance schedules, and documenting all activities, findings, and parts used. The technician will also support equipment upgrades, assist in commissioning new installations, and adhere to all safety standards and company procedures.
Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand tools and working on industrial equipment.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience in maintenance & repair of mechanical or HVAC systems.
Effective communication skills to interact with clients, supervisors, and team members on technical and service matters.
Basic understanding of wireless networking or control systems used in monitoring and managing cooling tower operations.
Prior experience as a technician in cooling towers, HVAC, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including occasional extended hours as required by maintenance schedules.
Knowledge of safety practices, ability to work at heights, and physical capability to handle tools and equipment.
Relevant technical diploma, certificate, or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC disciplines is beneficial.
