About the Role

Echelon Apparels Private Limited is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook specialising in healthy, fresh, and nutritious food preparation.

The ideal candidate should have experience preparing café-style meals, healthy bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies, with a strong focus on taste, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of healthy and nutritious meals, including:
• Açaí Bowls – Fresh fruit and superfood-based bowls.
• Yogurt Bowls – Greek yogurt, granola, fruits, and healthy toppings.
• Salad Bowls – Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
• Wraps – Healthy vegetarian and non-vegetarian wraps.
• Sandwiches – Freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian sandwiches.
• Fruit Smoothie Bowls – Blended fruit bowls with creative toppings.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, cleanliness, and kitchen hygiene.
• Manage daily food preparation and ingredient requirements.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and minimise food wastage.
• Assist in developing new healthy recipes and menu variations.
• Maintain an organised and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook, Café Chef, Commis Chef, or Healthy Food Chef.
• Knowledge of preparing healthy meals, smoothies, salads, wraps, and sandwiches.
• Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Creativity in food presentation and plating.
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
• Passion for healthy food and willingness to experiment with new recipes.
