Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cook at Baanthai Restaurant located in Noida. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. Daily tasks include maintaining inventory, following recipes to prepare authentic Thai cuisine, ensuring kitchen safety and hygiene, and collaborating with the team to create a positive culinary experience for patrons. The Cook will also assist in menu planning and managing food preparation to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Knowledge of kitchen safety, sanitation protocols, and hygiene standards.
  • Expertise in authentic Thai cuisine and an understanding of traditional flavors and ingredients.
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication skills for effective coordination in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks during peak hours.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen is highly preferred.
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn and innovate.
