The Successful Applicant

A successful COO should have:

  • Proven leadership experience in the energy and natural resources sector, preferably in the gas industry.
  • A strong background in operations management and strategic planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change effectively.
  • A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
