Oversee clinical and emergency services along with preventive, promotive, and curative healthcare services

Manage hospital administration and operational command of all clinical and non-clinical departments

Command inventory, IT, HR, facility management, accounts, pharmacy, pathology, and diagnostic units

Lead all clinical wings and faculties; supervise medical and paramedical staff

Introduce innovative procedures and operational plans for hospital and medical college expansions

Plan and execute revenue generation, marketing, and strategic initiatives

Manage patient care in OPD, IPD, accident & emergency services, OT, Labor Room, ICU, NICU, PICU

Develop and enforce policies and procedures for medical and administrative processes

Act as the medical expert in vendor and non-medical facility coordination

Educate healthcare providers on care processes, quality assurance, cost management, and protocol adherence

Participate in administrative and clinical staff meetings; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Recruit, credential, and supervise group physicians and specialists
