Profiles Available-

1.Conveyancing Specialist-

Education- Bachelor in Law / Masters in law

-Experience in conveyancing area / real estate contracts

-Knowledge in contracts management, drafting, lease abstraction, lease management

-Prior experience in drafting vendor and customer facing contracts.

2.Contract Management-

-Capability to interpret critical information, including legal documents and process requirements

-Familiarity with property related terminology and documentation

-Ability to coordinate with various internal teams and serve as a point of contact for Business in the conveyancing process.

5 Days of working / 2 Rotational offs / Rotational Shifts / Both Side Cabs Provides
