NOOE is a premium brand. Our buyers don't convert because we created

urgency or ran a flash sale. They convert because they want what we've

built. That's a different problem and it needs a different kind of

thinking.

About This Role

The CRO Lead owns the creative and messaging decisions that drive

conversion on our Shopify store and landing pages. You will decide what

goes on the page, how the product is framed, what the hierarchy of

information should be, and what copy moves a premium buyer to act.

We have an external agency that handles development and technical

testing. You will brief and direct them not build yourself. This is

a creative and strategic role, not a technical one.

If your instinct is to run A/B tests on CTA colour, this isn't the right

fit. If you understand why a premium buyer behaves differently and know

how to speak to that, keep reading.

What You'll Own

Messaging strategy for all product pages and landing pages

Creative decisions: copy hierarchy, proof points, visual framing

Briefing the development agency on what to build and why

Conversion analysis: understanding what's working and forming hypotheses

Campaign landing pages for paid traffic

Coordination with the content team on creative direction

What We're Looking For

35 years in performance marketing, brand, or conversion-focused roles
Deep understanding of premium consumer psychology how desire is built,
not just how urgency is manufactured
Strong copywriter or creative director instinct
Ability to look at a page and articulate exactly what to change and why
DTC or e-commerce experience preferred
Agency briefing experience is a plus

How We'll Measure Success

Store CVR (month-on-month)
Landing page performance for paid campaigns
Quality and specificity of creative briefs to the agency
Conversion improvements shipped per quarter
