Job Description

Design, develop, and implement Conversational AI solutions using platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework v4 (Adaptive Dialogs, Waterfall Dialogs, Middleware) and Kore.ai or similar CAI platforms
Develop and maintain applications using programming languages including C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Implement NLP/NLU solutions using Azure CLU (Intent, Entities) and classical NLU approaches
Integrate Generative AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI GPT models with hybrid NLU + GenAI fallback flows
Build and manage integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, and MuleSoft or other ESB platforms
Design and maintain data management solutions using Azure Cosmos DB for state, user data, and telemetry
Monitor and analyze conversation performance using Power BI to optimize AI solutions
Manage CI/CD pipelines and release management processes across Dev/Test/Prod environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and deliverables
