We are looking for a highly skilled Conversational AI Engineer with strong expertise in LLMs, Voice Bots, and Generative AI to build next-generation intelligent voice solutions..

Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational AI systems and chatbots using natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user requirements and create conversational flows that enhance user experience.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI models.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of conversational AI systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Continuously monitor and analyze user interactions to optimize and refine conversational models.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in conversational AI or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, or similar.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and models, particularly in NLP contexts.
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms like Rasa, Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
