Overview
We are looking for a GCP AI Engineer to build and implement AI solutions for:
- NLP-based query system (NL → SQL)
- Voice AI bot (real-time conversational system)
The role involves hands-on development using LLMs, Dialogflow CX, and GCP AI services, including implementing conversation flows, integrating APIs, and ensuring stable, low-latency responses.
Experience Required
- Total Experience: 4–6 years
- Relevant Experience: 2–4 years in AI/ML or conversational AI (preferably on GCP)
Tools & Technologies
- Vertex AI / Gemini (LLM usage & integration)
- Dialogflow CX (bot development)
- Speech-to-Text (STT) / Text-to-Speech (TTS)
- APIs (REST integration)
- Basic use of BigQuery (for data-backed responses)
Key Responsibilities / Projects
- Build and configure Dialogflow CX bots (intents, flows, entities)
- Connect AI systems with backend APIs and data sources
- Implement NL → SQL logic using LLMs
- Integrate voice capabilities (STT/TTS) for real-time interaction
- Optimize systems for response accuracy, latency, and stability
Expertise & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in LLM integration and prompt usage
- Strong understanding of chatbot/voice bot development
- Experience in API integration and backend connectivity
- Ability to handle conversation flows, intents, and context
- Understanding of AI response optimization and debugging
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with Dialogflow CX (or similar platform)
- Hands-on with LLMs (Gemini, GPT, etc.)
- Experience building chatbots or voice bots
- Strong API integration skills (REST-based)
- Basic understanding of GCP AI services
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with real-time voice integration (SIP/WebRTC)
- Exposure to BigQuery or data-driven AI systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering basics
- Experience with latency optimization in AI systems
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and monitoring
