Critical Skills to Possess:

- Implement conversational flows: Create complex, multi-turn, context-aware conversational flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic for virtual agents.
- Integrate systems: Develop webhooks and APIs to integrate conversational agents with various backend systems, such as customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and databases.
- Develop, test, and deploy conversational agents that meet project requirements and user expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational interfaces into existing systems and applications.
- Customize and optimize Conversational agents to improve natural language understanding and overall conversational performance.
- Implement context-aware conversations and handle complex user queries effectively.
