Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Middleware & WebLogic Administration
Manage, configure, and administer Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware components, and related environments.
Perform installation, patching, upgrades, deployments, and environment migrations.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal tuning of middleware environments.
SOA, Integrations & ADF
Administer and troubleshoot SOA Suite integrations, composite deployments, adapters, and queues.
Provide end-to-end support for ADF applications, including deployments, performance tuning, and runtime troubleshooting.
Manage and support BI Publisher (BI) Reports, including configurations, scheduling, and integration troubleshooting.
Production Support
Handle L3 production support, incident management, RCA, and environment stabilization activities.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and integrity of integration environments.
Manage environment refreshes, DR activities, log analysis, and performance monitoring.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of 10 technical members supporting middleware and integration platforms.
Oversee task allocation, performance tracking, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DBA, Infra, Developers, Business) for smooth operations.
Environment & Release Management
Oversee deployments, integration validations, and post-deployment checks.
Manage configuration changes, automation improvements, and environment documentation.
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem management).
