Job Summary

As a Vice President within Commercial and Investment Banking Controls and Product Experience, you will lead the Global Banking Data Hub's flagship data products-GBCDS, the Data Quality Engine, and Data Census-to deliver reliable, controlled, and actionable data. You will define product vision, prioritize backlogs, and drive endtoend execution across globally distributed technology and operations teams. You will translate business strategy into scalable solutions that improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance client and stakeholder outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead GBCDS, Data Quality Engine, and Data Census product roadmaps end to end.
  • Define product vision, success metrics, and outcomeoriented OKRs.
  • Prioritize and groom backlogs refine epics and stories for clarity and value.
  • Partner closely with global stakeholders across business, finance, operations, and technology.
  • Maintain Jira hygiene and reporting aligned to Control Standards.
  • Build and strengthen crossfunctional relationships to accelerate delivery.
  • Communicate proactively on scope, risks, and impacts across time zones.
  • Identify and analyze data quality, lineage, and processing issues.
  • Resolve production defects with Ops and Engineering via rapid triage and rootcause actions.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance reliability, speed, and scale.
  • Test and accept releases validate functionality and controls before deployment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field MBA or Master's
  • Bring 10+ years in product or project management with a strong technical background.
  • Demonstrate leadership of largescale, complex products or portfolios with clear business impact.
  • Define and execute product strategy aligned to business goals, controls, and data governance.
  • Apply Agile practices to plan, prioritize, and deliver manage Jira for transparency and compliance.
  • Translate business strategy into technical requirements guide crossfunctional teams and mentor talent.
  • Utilize SQL and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks) with advanced analytics to drive decisions operate confidently with Microsoft Office.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Pursue advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM).
  • Attain AI/ML certifications from leading providers (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft, Coursera, edX).
  • Maintain continuous learning on AI, data quality, and emerging technology trends.
  • Leverage experience applying AI/ML to data quality monitoring and anomaly detection.
  • Employ familiarity with authored data management, metadata practices, and data catalogs.
  • Strengthen stakeholder influence across distributed, multitimezone teams.
  • Elevate outcomes through measurable OKRs tied to client experience, controls, and data reliability.
