Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual planning process and deliver accurate monthly forecasts through bottom-up consolidation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track actual results vs. budgets and forecasts, identify deviations, and follow up on corrective measures.
- Cost Analysis: Evaluate cost structures, develop and maintain cost accounting systems, and suggest opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Deliver profitability studies and special analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Project & Conceptual Work: Contribute to controlling-related initiatives and process improvements.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Conduct regular assessments of assets, liabilities, and inventory to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Project Controlling & Compliance: Ensure accuracy in project books, aligned with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP. Oversee all related project reporting activities.
- Overhead & Capacity Analysis: Analyze overheads, monitor capacity utilization, and assess absorption results across functions.
Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- 5–6 years in a planning, budgeting, and controlling role within a project-based environment.
- Commerce graduate, CA Preferred
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced Excel and SAP skills are essential. Experience with MS Access, Tableau, or Alteryx is a plus.
- Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and collaborative — with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
