- Responsible for analysis of Actuals and allocation of costs at SI level
- Support in the preparation of slides for various presentations for local mgt. and HQ.
- Manage interfaces with Business Units, Business Finance Head as well as Corporate Support Function teams (e.g., Taxes, Accounting and Reporting)
- Carry out regular reviews and analysis of the profitability and balance sheet positions to ensure correctness and transparency in the books of accounts.
- Support the internal control guidelines implementation and requirements and ensure a smooth ICFR process (testing, audits, remediations)
- Deliver high quality information (related to financials and other KPIs) to senior management to support decision making and to various other stakeholders (e.g. corporate functions/auditors/HQ) in a timely manner.
- Support in preparation of Business review meetings with the Business Heads.
- Analysis of Forex/commodity impacts on profit, reporting of UOV and reach of UOV.
- Coordination with the external and internal auditors for financial audits, tax audits
- Support in special projects in SI controlling.
- B Com and MBA with 5-7 years experience
- Working level knowledge in accounting and finance concepts
- Hands on experience with SAP, Excel, Powerpoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Keen to learn, explore and innovate with reporting/automation.
