Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Business Controller for its Business Area (BA)/ Business Lines (BL) for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan)
Position Summary: Design and accompany the management process of goal-finding, planning and controlling and thus co-responsible for reaching the business objectives along with Business Area (BA)/Business Line (BL) Manager
Position Location : Bangalore
Key Deliverables:
- Responsible for budgeting business financials
- Consolidation of financials of all BL's.
- Cash and Capital Employed for respective BL/BA
- Responsible along with BA/BL Manager to reach the yearly targets
- Monthly Rolling Forecast finalization
- Monthly and quarterly reporting as per HQ and Country requirements
- Ownership for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
- Monitoring cost and revenue, execution of deals, reconciliation across reporting platforms
- Deep dive in to margin (GOP and GPC)
- Interact with stakeholders for alignment, reconciliation and planning
- Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision making
- Finalizing and monitoring productivity measures relating to respective BA/BL
- Responsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BA/BL
- Costing guidelines review and proposal
- Alignment with factory in India & related reporting
- Selling & General Administration expenses (SGA) Controlling
- Headcount Reporting and Analysis
- Productivity reporting & Controlling
- Reconciliation of numbers across reporting platforms
- Updation of forecast numbers in Forecast Tool
Key Stakeholders: Business Area Management, Country Management, Business Line Managers, Headquarters, Bengaluru Factory, Bangladesh Team, Project Management, Logistics, Support functions (Accounts, Taxation, Treasury etc.) Offer to Order and Order to Cash Teams, Auditors
Experience & Qualification:
CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) and 5-10 years of experience post qualification
Key skills : Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred
