About the Role:

Detail-oriented and performance-driven Control Tower Operations Professional responsible for monitoring and managing end-to-end logistics operations through centralized control tower systems. Ensures seamless shipment movement by proactively tracking deliveries, identifying operational exceptions, and driving timely resolution of delays to maintain SLA, TAT, and KPI commitments. Utilizes operational data, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance, support decision-making, and enhance supply chain visibility. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to escalate critical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for continuous operational improvement. Supports process optimization, compliance adherence, reporting accuracy, and system enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness across logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily logistics operations across control tower systems.
• Track shipments, delivery timelines, and exceptions proactively identify and resolve delays or disruptions.
• Analyze operational data and dashboards to ensure SLA, TAT and KPI compliance.
• Escalate critical issues in a timely manner and support root cause analysis.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support continuous improvements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
• Assist in process documentation and system enhancements related to control tower operations.

Preferred experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in Control tower or E-commerce operations.

Qualification:

• Any graduate with adequate exposure to Control tower logistics operations. Masters or any SCM certifications preferred.
