About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to manage and scale our
dark store product delivery operations across PAN India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
D2C eCommerce last-mile delivery, fleet management, and delivery operations, ensuring seamless and efficient order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end last mile delivery operations for dark store network across PAN India
- Manage and optimize delivery performance, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction
- Handle fleet operations including vendor management, route planning, and utilization
- Drive delivery efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements
- Monitor key metrics like on-time delivery, delivery success rate, and rider productivity
- Coordinate with warehouse/dark store teams, supply chain, and customer support
- Manage and resolve delivery escalations and operational challenges
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance, and safety standards
- Support in building and scaling a high-performing delivery operations team
Key Requirements- 27 years of experience in D2C eCommerce / Quick Commerce / Last Mile Delivery Operations
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Last mile delivery management
- Fleet management (3PL / in-house fleet)
- Delivery operations & logistics
- Experience managing dark store or hyperlocal delivery models
- Strong understanding of route optimization, vendor management, and logistics KPIs
- Exposure to multi-city or PAN India operations
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in D2C / Quick Commerce / Food Delivery / Hyperlocal platforms
- Exposure to high-volume order environments
- Familiarity with logistics tech tools, dashboards, and tracking systems
