Job Responsibilities
- Escalate to client in case of dependencies from transporters.
- Call drivers/transporters for consent approvals.Coordinate for GPS Installation
- Attain EPOD at time and get them uploaded on the dashboard.
- Effective communication in exceptional incidents.
- Update data on Excel and Work on Control tower dashboard
- Ensure proper tracking and verification. Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limit
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
- Work on Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or control tower support
- B-Tech/MBA Graduate
- Advanced excel skills.
- Willingness to support control tower and tracking operations
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
