About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Autonomy & Control Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize advanced control and decision-making systems for autonomous platforms. The role focuses on enabling reliable, efficient, and intelligent system behavior in dynamic and complex environments.
You will contribute to building robust autonomy solutions, ensuring seamless integration between software, sensors, and hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement autonomous control algorithms for navigation, mission planning, and environmental interaction
- Develop state estimation, path planning, and obstacle avoidance systems
- Integrate sensor data (e.g., IMU, GPS, sonar, and other inputs) for real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams for system-level integration
- Conduct system testing, simulations, and performance evaluations
- Perform algorithm tuning and optimization based on simulation and field data
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance under varying operational conditions
Required Skills & Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in autonomy and control systems for robotics or similar domains
- Strong understanding of control theory, path planning, and estimation techniques
- Hands-on experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and real-time control systems
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python
- Experience in sensor fusion and real-time data processing
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics / Mechatronics / Computer Science / related field
