Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Control Panel Design & Estimation professional, based in Vadodara, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves designing, drafting, and estimating control panels for Building Automation Systems and related projects. Responsibilities include interpreting project specifications, preparing detailed designs, creating bill of materials, and optimizing solutions for cost and functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to ensure adherence to designs and quality standards is an integral aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SLD, Control Panel Design, Drafting, and Electrical Design tools
  • Strong understanding of Automation Systems, HVAC controls, and BMS platforms
  • Experience in Project Estimation, Bill of Materials preparation, and Cost Optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client interactions and teamwork
  • Problem-solving abilities, focus on innovation, and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Building Automation or Facility Automation sectors is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry standards, energy efficiency protocols, and compliance requirements
