Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers to understand requirements, discuss technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Control Panel & Cabinet design for DCS, Controllers, Marshaling & Console cabinet, Server & Network, PLC, VFD, and MCC panels
- Hand calculation for Power I/O and Heat decapitation within cabinet
- Control room layout and cabinet lay out design
- Loop drawings and single Line Diagram 2D Drawing creation as per Cable & Wire schedule, JB Schedule
- Creating test procedure protocols and carrying out test procedures
- Pre FAT & FAT support
- Design Documentation
- Creation of BOM

Work Experience
- Electrical Engineer with 8 to 14 Yrs especially in factory automation industry.
- Electrical Design Engineering
- Control Panel Design System architecture
- Cabinet Heat & Power load calculations
- Cabinet room layout design
- Cable & Wire scheduling
- GA Drawings, Loop Diagrams & Single Line Diagrams
- Minimum 5 Yrs. of working experience in E-Plan/E-Base and AutoCAD Electrical
- Test procedure & As-built Documentation
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, UL508A, NFPA, API, ATEX/IECEx for hazardous areas).
