Job Responsibilities
- Govern change risk assessment process for new/changes coming from various sources including new products/automation, regulatory changes, emerging technology/AI/ML, process changes, new migrations etc
- Deliver risk and control efforts for Wholesale Lending Service
- Maintain the Process, Risk and Controls strategy and approach for continuous improvement and evolution of controls and risk management.
- Maintain and manage system of records for risk and control assessment.
- Coordinate with Information Security Managers, Product Owners, and other risk partners to assess various technology related changes.
- Implement and oversee application of approved change management framework/standard across Product teams.
- Lead various special risk and control projects that support WLS functional teams, CB Legal, CB Controls and other key stakeholders in ongoing efforts.
- Deliver accurate status reports and appropriate risk reporting for monthly reviews.
- Maintain awareness of significant risk and control issues within the business and integrate as appropriate into efforts.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Engineering Degree and/or MBA with Technology Product management experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience in financial services/Other Sectors or compensatory experience in Technology/Tech Risk, Product Management and/or Cyber/Information Security.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma/Process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding the Business Objective
- Analytical and Critical Thinking
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills capable of driving independent conversations with senior management.
