This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Contracts Manager in the Oil & Gas industry. Key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards, and managing contractual relationships with stakeholders. The role also involves identifying potential risks, ensuring they are mitigated, and preparing reports and recommendations for senior management. The Contracts Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract terms align with company objectives.

• Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and management within the oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a contracts management role within the oil and gas sector is preferred
